"I would like to express my support and recommendation for Hayes Brothers Collision Repair. I’ve utilized Hayes Brothers services on a few occasions when my vehicles have sustained some damage.
Once, when I had been in a collision, I took my truck into Hayes Brothers to have them complete the repairs, and it turned out that was just about all I needed to do. Hayes Brothers contacted the insurance company to work out the details on the repairs. Hayes Brothers contacted the rental car company and had them send someone over with a car. I pretty much didn’t have to do anything other than answer a couple of questions over the phone.
I had also wanted to take the truck in for an engine tune-up and minor repairs unrelated to the collision, but always found it difficult to find the time with my work schedule. Hayes Brothers, going above and beyond, actually drove my truck over to the mechanic after they had completed the collision repairs, and then picked it back up after the mechanic had completed his work. This was a tremendous help since I still had the rental car and I didn’t have to take any time away from work.
After everything was finished, I got my truck back looking just like nothing had ever happened.
Every time I’ve utilized Hayes Brothers, they’ve always gone that extra mile to make sure there’s as little impact on my life as possible... and to make sure the repairs were done right. I will never go to another body shop again. Thank you Hayes Brothers!"

I wanted to write a letter to say thank you to Hayes Brothers Collision Repair for all of the quality work on my vehicle. Having my car damaged was very upsetting and stressful, but I was put to ease immediately after speaking with Ron Chase at Hayes Brothers. Ron came to my rescue immediately and thoroughly explained the repair process and completion time. I was so impressed that Hayes Brothers is able to do everything electronically, I had no paperwork to worry about and they even arranged the rental company to contact me.
I received my vehicle even earlier than expected and it was remarkable how flawless the repairs were (I am a very particular person and was impressed that I could not detect any blemish).
