Not sure how to file a claim?
No worries, we can help with that! Most glass damage claims can be filed under the comprehensive coverage of your policy, which is the smaller of your two deductibles, the other being collision. Unfortunately we are unable to call in the claim for you as it contains your personal information and insurance companies will not allow non policy members access. We are, however, allowed to assist you via conference call (with you or your insurance agent on the line with us) or help connect you here in our office. We have a list of most direct glass claims phone numbers available. You can also file a claim online with your insurance company.
We work daily with Safelite Solutions, Lynx Services, Gerber National and Harmon Solutions Group, which are third party billing administrators for all major insurance companies.
Filing a claim is easy, and it usually takes about five to ten minutes, just make sure to have:
1. The approximate date the damage occurred
2. Your policy number
